ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is offered only on Hohner accordion purchases made through authorized Hohner Accordion dealers in the United States of America to persons legally residing in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Residents from elsewhere are ineligible. Void outside of U.S., in Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out the Promotion, we may use your personal data. We may store and use your personal data (such as your e-mail address if collected and, where applicable, name, place of residence and postal address or other information necessary for the Promotion), for the duration of the Promotion. We process your personal data in order to verify your eligibility to participate in the Promotion. The data processing is necessary to conduct the Promotion. Your personal data will be deleted after the Promotion has terminated, unless you have signed into our newsletter and thus agreed in the further processing.
